The Knight of Roses is a tale rich with as much sorrow as it is beauty. Cursed by a witch during a game of chance, as the Knight of Roses lives,
therenot shall a rose bloom in the world; the curse eternal, and as such, it made the Knight immortal.
So long has it been that most scoff at the eldest one's tales, wherein they claim to have seen, even smelled roses in their youth. Fewer still claim to have seen the Knight themselves, drenched in moonlight,
head hung to mourn what his life has cost the world.
It is said the Roses will return when the Knight is finally slain, his blood returning to the earth and breaking the curse.
